I've spent almost a decade researching and writing about incredibly difficult histories. I was always able to compartmentalise and deal with it.

All of a sudden, since coming back from maternity leave, I can't hack it at all. It's all too upsetting.

How can I go back to how I was??

You can use a bra for all sorts of things really, like carrying shopping home if you forgot your bag for life, or as a doorstop while you nip out for a fag.

I've started wearing jumpsuits to make me feel sophisticated. Great for breastfeeding, terrible for going to the loo while holding a baby...

Oh I missed the bit about the belt. That's probably a far better rope.

I feel like you should've mentioned the rack/ pannier much earlier.

The jumpsuit is a problem (jumpsuits are usually a problem aren't they) but I reckon if you take your socks off they'll do as a stand in for rope. If they're not long enough you may have to use your bra/ hair

Ok need more deets. Does it have any kind of hook attached?
