Formatting books, making covers, reaching out for blurbs, emailing authors to ask who their dream blurbers are, fulfilling orders, paying for tables at book & art festivals, listening to ⚽️ on the radio, vanilla & lavender bubble bath. Now I'm going to see some live music. Pretty rad Saturday.
I'm booking so many festivals to table at for my own book + Stanchion, because I'm learning that the best way to sell books isn't to keep tweeting into the void (although I still will), but to talk to people irl & big-up authors & books & let readers see & touch & hold the things I design & make.
