Kristi Noem is reassigned as “Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas,” which will hold its 1st meeting on March 7th with 12 right-wing Latin American leaders. Mullin will start as Secretary of DHS, where he’ll likely take on all of the U.S. in a fistfight.
