Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, also known as "Factitious Disorder imposed on Another", is a Mental Health condition where a caregiver fabricates or induces illness in someone under their care, usually to gain attention and sympathy from others by "helping" them.

Why isn't some screaming at the top of their lungs? How wrong this is. Spitting all over US citizens. Outrages! Stress for families, seniors, and government employees who have worked for years doing what needs and should be done for the masses.
