There's a big difference between launches and landings. A launch is when you merge all the code, close that final Jira ticket, and cut a new product release. A landing is when your customers pay for it.

Bury your agentic ai so deep that your end user can’t see it. Naive, overzealous companies are keeping it at surface for blind marketing depts. customers should *experience* the magic not brainwashed into your marketing garbage.

Unfortunately, industry has been filled with so many average to poor product managers that it’s frustrating. I wish this role to be eliminated or automated completely.

Availability intuition quiz!

I have an architecture with N redundant components, each available 99% of time time, and one non-redundant component available 99.999% of the time.

Sketch, on the provided axes, the end-to-end availability curve versus N.

MCP etc is very superficial for me. I see one LLM should be able to talk, coordinate and offload tasks to other LLM on neural network level. Maybe there is a research around augmentation of neural networks.

New research from MIT found that those who used ChatGPT can’t remember any of the content of their essays.

Key takeaway: the product doesn’t suffer, but the process does. And when it comes to essays, the process *is* how they learn.
