I love my local farmers, but my local farmers who feed my community, won't be the ones benefitting from it. Big commercial farmers who export their produce will be the ones getting it. Just like his "PPP" and "EIDL grants," all went to large companies instead of small businesses.

Yeah, you might be low on electrolytes. I would definitely supplement with some Lyteshow drops or something. Leg cramps suck.

Rotate your foot in small circles and gradually make the circles bigger until you're rotating your whole leg. It hurts like a bitch at first, but I got leg cramps when I was pregnant with all of my kids and that's the best way to get rid of them. Also supplementing with electrolytes.
