Update on our Tracks 2 schedule. First episode, a 60 minute overview of the box will now come out June 24 AM. We’re taking a little extra time because obviously it’s a BIG episode for us. From there, we are going to do an episode for each @brucespringsteen.net “lost” LP, starting w/ SOPS.

The episode will be an overview of the box with part of the discussion focusing on possible paths through the 7 albums. Our detailed discussions will follow in the individual episodes for each record. We want to give people a chance to hear it before we go into our normal granular detail.😀

Tonight, Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band opened their Land of Hope & Dreams Tour. Bruce launched this run of shows with three statements about the situation in the United States, with comments preceding his songs Land of Hope and Dreams, House of a Thousand Guitars and My City of Ruins.

Coming this Thursday, we will have our @brucespringsteen.net archive series review of October 28, 1999 and then on Monday, we’ll release an episode with coverage of night 1 of the final leg of the tour as well as thoughts on the expected latest release from Tracks 2.

We’ve got a new out episode out today! We spoke to Paul Rappaport, the former Columbia promo exec whose new book is called Gliders Over Hollywood. Paul put together @officialbruce.bsky.social’s show at The Roxy on July 7, 1978. One of Bruce’s most famed shows & he tells us how it happened.

Just listened 2 it. Great & informative as ever. Ur knowledge of dates blows my mind! The pricing is interesting. The vinyl is possibly cheaper than I expected (thankfully!). The CD set though - wow - much higher. Compare the pricing to 1987/88. This was in the set I bought then. Inflation!
