I cold fermented my naan dough for a few days, then made pizza out of it. I sandwiched mozzarella between two layers of dough, then rolled the crust down at the edges around more mozzarella. Bacon, pepperoni, summer sausage, green and kalamata olives, and pineapple.

I'm going to try making naan today. Wish me luck!

I admit, I stopped watching for a while. Titles seemed to promise that bad actors had made fatal mistakes and were done, but they just carried on and got worse. So I applaud this move.
