These guys are criminal investigators. They were in an office working on cases on Jan. 6th. You are thinking ICE.

I get the emotion, but nah. It's all distraction and it's working on his base. They need pretend tough guy bullshit to make it through their day.

The National Guard is doing secretary work for the DCPD. This is all a gigantic waste of money and personnel resources. FYI every agent you see has cases they should be working. Every National Guardsman you see has a job they should be at and family they should be with.

Nah, they are just going to waste a fuck ton of money we don't have to waste. Trump is flailing and failing.

Every one of these guys represents more than $100k a year. All wasted doing this because they aren't street cops and they aren't trained to be. Why? Trump is in the Epstein files and failing as a fucking President. He needs this pretend bullshit to distract the dumbest among us, AKA MAGA.

I ended up on a couple medications that were horrible. I mean horrible. He could have had a bad experience. Just let him know he is worth fighting through it as long as it takes.

I can't imagine trying to deal with this and addiction at the same time. Self medicating was the route my brother took. Killed him in his early 40's.

I couldn't tell you. Everyone is different. What he deals with isn't going to be the same as what I deal with. I will tell ya talking to a pro and just having someone I trusted as an expert work through it with me helped immensely.

Forgive the typos. Typing off the top of my head.

Hang in there my depression people. You WILL find what works for you. It sucks. You are loved. You are needed. Do what you gotta do to get through. I'm going to go mow the fucking grass in the rain, or puke, or both.

They have to figure out what works for them. Many find great relief with medication. For some it is unplugging. For almost no one dealing with depression is the fix input from you. A compliment can help. "That sucks," can help. "Cheer up," you might as well be telling them to lift a skyscraper.

It agitates me and irritates me to the extreme. I have to recognize the depression setting in. I have to force myself to catch a gear and engage. So if you know someone dealing with depression know this. There is no "cheering up." You can't tell them to "hang in there."

I hate it. Makes me want to puke or blow my damned brains out at times but I know that activity will snap the cycle. Achieving something, no matter the emotional toll of forcing myself into it works. Here is the catch. Someone else trying to make me active has the opposite effect.

I tried the medication route. Can't do it. Everything makes me feel like a zombie and or sets off my anxiety. I have to deal with my depression through sheer force of will. I am fortunate to know what breaks my cycle. For me it's work. When I feel it taking hold I force myself to work.

My depression pairs with anxiety. Not only does everything and I mean everything sound like shit I also stress and ungodly levels about either not doing or having to do them. Sleeping, eating, working, playing, sex and or interacting with people bring such negative emotions it is painful.

Going to share something a bit personal. For those of you that don't deal with or understand depression you must understand depression isn't sadness. Depression is pain. There is no "cheering up" from it. It is what it is and it just sucks. Here's how I beat mine.

Being serious for a moment though. Grocery prices are up. Snapped a couple picks of some staples that have gone up. The Dunkin went from $19-$25. The chicken just went up almost $2.
