We’ve definitely been trying and there have been some great gains in the last handful of years Unfortunately we had a 15+ year deficit to overcome when we started. 15 years where rates were allowed to stagnate. We’re seeking utopia, but have to make incremental change because of that stagnation.
I've seen some misinformation regarding the video game/interactive strike. I'm not going to call out anyone or any game in the process. Instead I'm going to remind people the strike is still happening for all Union voice actors. Which means they are not allowed to work on any game unless (1/3)
