I had a horrific panic attack today. One of the worst in months or maybe even years. I thought I’d like to just explain what it feels like to normalize it for everybody else out there who suffers for anxiety, depression or similar.

- Did a workout 🏋🏾‍♀️, didn't open Facebook nor Instagram 🙈, and killed time by waltzing through a bookstore 📚. Bought a book on ways to manage the horrible habit of overthinking 🌪️.

It's 4 am and can't sleep for jack.

A positive thing that happened 6/26:

- I completed two more anime while at work. "Overlord" and "Dakaichi." One a fantasy show and the other a BL (more like ML(?)). Overload was good, but it sometimes dragged so much. Dakaichi...uh, the only reason I watched it is clear. 🥰
