Yeah, knowing its history is another reason I feel like it was limited by time/budget. I can see Paradox holding the purse strings a little tighter upon paying to develop the game for a second time.

I can only speculate, but it feels like it didn't get the budget it needed. The groundwork was there to make an rpg like the 1st, but instead of filling out the world w/ side stories and rewards, they just didn't

I hope someone takes a shot at a 3rd one soon & they get to make the game VtM deserves

Finished VtM: Bloodlines 2. My short feelings on it are that it is a pretty good Vampire game, but it doesn't feel like a sequel to Bloodlines.

It has issues of its own for sure, pacing, side quests, a reason for the open world to exist, etc., but overall I'm glad I played it.

I know this was a cursed project and I'm glad it finally came to some sort of fruition. I hope this isn't the end of the Bloodlines franchise and that we see another one in the next 20 years. One that goes back to its RPG roots and brings back some of the tone of the original.

Woke up suddenly this morning writhing in agony and not the good kind. Surprise calf cramp. Then here it is like 5 hours later, I wake up, no memory of that happening, but when I step out of bed and put weight on it, still sore. It's cool that your muscles can just decide to self destruct for fun.

Playing Bloodlines 2 and the date on this clue looked familiar. Hmmm. I don't know what that means yet, but I feel like a turbo genius for recognizing that.

Watching Miami Vice and Don Johnson might be one of the coolest dudes that ever lived.

Not crazy about the main character's customization options, but occasionally she kinda looks like Uma and I like that.

I tried playing Amnesia: The Bunker. Seemed interesting at first. And then it put me in a dark hallway with scary noises and I uninstalled it.

I don't need hours of that.

I was in the grocery store and there as a little kid riding around in one of the carts saying in their little tiny voice "I'm a person" over and over and it was painfully cute.

I really like how neon-soaked a lot the city in this game is. The HDR kinda screwed up the video, but still.
