Yeah lacking a lot of functions as it is still new, but seems promising.
The two characters 标致 make up one word meaning "beautiful". Separating them individually would be weird here actually. Because by itself, 致 does not mean "beautiful" and 标 can mean "sign" or "standard" (as in, "up to standard"). So on their own, I don't think either character makes any direct sense.
It's very very new! Looks like a mix of Twitter and Instagram (you can post long text, as well as pictures and videos). No shadowbanning, no censorship (as in media censorship), and transparent algorithm apparently.
