Just bothers me that those were the terms used in attempts to nullify what happened to the indigenious populations.
I dont fault the author, he didnt know at the time. But i will change it for the sake of the sake. I've done this with a couple other books too. This is Cunningham's revised version but i can still make that change. Others were written before his book, again not gonna fault authors.
