Sadly, both her and my uncle voted in a manner that their coverage more than likely will be axed shortly. My heart hurts to know they willfully voted to loose what little retirements they have as well as their health coverage.

They are about to have the day they voted for.

We talked about insurance briefly and she mentioned how they are on government assistance coverage. Later in the call, she bought up briefly the “craziness” going on in D.C. I shuffled about the conversation. 2🧵

Last night, I spoke to my aunt who resides in my hometown. She was explaining the issues her and my uncle were facing with health & insurance coverage. My aunt works when she can, my uncle has had shoulder surgery among other things that has decommissioned him from the workforces 1/🧵

It hurts because I thought this “Lightning strike” moment could be indicative of things developing or in the least retaining each other as friends.

But it’s times like these that you count your blessings for people who have your back. They protected me on this one.

Had a very unique (and exciting admittedly) scenario play out over the weekend. Admittedly, it was the first of such an instance as it was initiated by the other party first. It was great, honestly!

Today, I learned of the true colors of the other party left with nothing but a sting.

Coming back to this to say i was able to successfully log into my online portal. Wouldn’t you know that I learned I owed more than what the initial bill stated.

The physical bill for the second portion had yet to arrive at my home.

Agreed. The more baffling part of this is that the public is perfectly acceptable of it too. Plot twist: we shouldn’t be.

Fortunately, I can pay such additional expenses. But what about the thousands that can’t who have to choose between health and dinner food?

Well….its counted as “socialist” until you become elderly. Then, it becomes an expectation.

Been paying for health insurance ever since I’ve been working. Fortunately, I have a good plan. Yet, it still baffles me that even after paying $2k+ per year for it I still receive a bill to pay more out of pocket including my copay.

I would suggest universal healthcare but that’s “socialist.”

It takes a lot to stump me especially in my own city.

But someone walking their goats downtown is something that stumps me.

Can’t believe I get to live in the timeline where Kentucky Fried Chicken will be headquartered in Texas.

Meanwhile, Texas Roadhouse will still be headquartered in Kentucky.

Maybe I wasn’t clear about this. I wanted more egg and no plane crash, not many plane crash and no egg.

Excited to try yet another new flavor of Dotz pretzels! The snack has quickly become kryptonite.

You know there has always been one question which has remained answerless throughout the years:

Why are bathrooms at the club so small for capacity?

Just wee little guys!

I mean, you’re not wrong.

At this point, I am having difficulty discerning between truth from fiction.

But hey! At least our congressional leaders have their priorities laser focused to aid in the resolving of inflation, healthcare crisis, housing crises, natural disaster relief.

You know…I’m so happy we have gotten to work on the issues truly affecting the masses of the the citizens.

I feel like Cardi B in her song “Up” captures how the rest of the world views the States right now:

“Broke boys don’t deserve no p***y, I KNOW THAT’S RIGHT.”

Voted straight blue but in a red state here. Remember it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Stick to your guns long term. In my state, it will kill an entire industry I’m proud of. But you know what? This is what they wanted. Let them have it. 💁‍♀️

It is ironic.
The last time I consistently began working out to better my health was in February 2020. Then COVID happened.

It is now February 2025 and I began working out consistently in mid January. And well, we see what is happening in the context of the U.S. Maybe I wasn’t meant to work out.

I feel this.

I mean, both are bangers though. Can they both just exist on ‘S Tier’ together?

It is quite interesting how, suddenly, people are using being on spectrum/autistic as a justification for certain actions.

Funny because the same people tried to tell me it was a sin issue, human construct to cover up a sin issue or caused by my vaccines.

Monday.

We need this today more than any other day.
