randomly downloaded and played the Time Stranger demo on a whim (completely blind, never consumed any Digimon content before), and i enjoyed it a lot. will def play next time i get my hands on some disposable money

never been into digimon but everyone yapping about the new one makes me kinda wanna try it. maybe i’ll download the demo once i finish up the Sky FC Remake

i’m really hoping Trails in the Sky SC gets a remake soon. i haven’t finished the FC remake yet but i’d really like to continue the series as soon as possible

does anyone else notice sonic racing crossworlds online disconnecting a lot or does the game just hate me specifically

as a fan of both games, i’m very amused that Mario Kart World has rail grinding but Sonic Racing CrossWorlds does not, even tho rail grinding is one of Sonic’s main things and Mario has never rail grinded

me! hot take but i actually loved the wii u a lot

there definitely is strategy is magic use, but i think when most people (including myself) call the strategy of the game shallow, they’re referring to the social deduction aspect which is the core gimmick of their game and could use some more complexity

so the gameplay in the surprise FE mobile game is really shallow and it takes like 5 seconds to learn the meta. but i’m really vibing with the story! politically forbidden yuri….

some people get so fixated on chronological order of media that they forget it was released in a certain order for a reason. i feel like it happens with any media that has any sort of prequel content

Sonic Racing CW on the other hand is more exciting and unpredictable while keeping the energy higher than Mario as well as making better use of its gimmicks, but some aspects don’t have the same level of polish and quality of various details can be varied

having spent the past 4 hours playing the full release of sonic racing, here’s my take:

I love both kart racers, and they each have their own strengths. MKW feels significantly more polished and more consistent quality overall, but is too predictable and somewhat sterile. (sonic in replies)
