That is very impressive knitting for a beginner.

It doesn’t flop, unfortunately, just sticks straight up. I will try shortening the body of the hat next time. I’m sure I can find a head for this one.

Shetland Wool Week hat 2025, the Aal Ower Toorie, in Jamieson’s Spindrift. Happy with the colors and the knitting. Alas, it’s far too big. Contemplating another using a smaller needle size. Blues and greens, maybe? #knitting
