The subpoena referenced a “criminal investigation” noting “officer safety / doxxing.” A federal court has since issued a temporary order blocking the Subpoena from DHS. This is certainly not the first time we have seen ICE / Border Patrol agents violently attack people for exercising their First Amendment rights.
