I would prefer to let people / groups opt in to a Starter Pack. Not sure of the etiquette but I know I would want to have some say in whether someone put me in one. But let me poll my groups, see if they (vendors, event planners, LYSs, etc) would be interested in coming over here to join a pack.
it would also be fun to set up a Starter Pack of progressive resources, vendors, events, etc.
