I am exhausted, but they are written.
My brain is currently fixating on trying to imagine a cover for the book I'm writing.
But also: my brain can't do that. I can't figure out what I want it to look like or even just the vibes of it.
How do people do this?
One of these days I'll get my hands on physical copies of the Angela Ackerman and Becca Puglisi's Writers Helping Writers books.
Seriously though, I've borrowed the ebooks for them and they help my brain find the words I want but can't figure out.
I want to finish writing my book this year, by December 31st.
In order to do that, I'm estimating I would have to write ~2,000 words every weekday. And that's me guessing what wordcount my book would end at based off my current writing and plotting.
That's surprisingly doable.
What are the odds of Baldur's Gate 3 going on a good sale for Black Friday/Cyber Monday?
I feel like it's not great unfortunately, but I'm hopeful.
I really want the game. Hoping it might drop low enough for me to ask family for it for Christmas.

Just applied for the top surgery grant again. I know my odds are low, but I'll apply every year.

Did the math today on what it would look like if I wanted to go to GCLS in 2025.
~$2,200 including a lowball guess on flights. About 1300 of this is the hotel.
I want to go, I do. It'd be the end of my Writing Academy and a friend from Australia is going to be there. But it's...just not in the cards
I think I'm tired of being so plagued by anxiety and insecurity that I don't even try dating.
I want to date. I do. But the idea petrifies me.
And clearly waiting for someone to spontaneously fall in love with me didn't work 🤣

I keep reading fanfics with friends or couples working out at the gym together and like...goals.
Maybe I should start with getting an actual gym and not just my apartment gym 🤣
