After 2 days of #Syria diplomatic talks, it's clear most are considering the likelihood that designations may need re-considering.

At this point, I am less concerned with HTS and its governing vision than I am with factional chaos.

HTS ran a tight ship in about two-thirds of Idlib; I doubt it can effectively scale that model nationally. And Jolani is not the boss of all these newly mobilized groups in Syria’s center and south.
