I'm not an Aikatsu viewer but a quick bit of research (which would have given the correct spelling for both) shows the Aikatsu unit is Luminas not Luminous.

Though it's an Aikatsu x PriPara collaboration movie, Aikatsu's production team seems to be doing the heavy lifting.

At the very least, Otudane will be in charge of the CGI which has always been PriPara's strong point over Aikatsu (which is not to say Aikatsu has not grown in that regard)
