Hi all, it’s been a second!

I just wanted to post an updated on behalf of both editors of Shout It! apologising for the radio silence. After submissions closed, there was a perfect storm of health and personal commitments which meant this had to take a sudden and unanticipated backseat. (1/2)

To uplift the queer community, you need to fight for the people that are being attacked, even if you’re not “one of them”. That’s what community means. The erosion of trans rights is another step on a dangerous path that ends at facism. If left unchallenged, it will lead to the erosion of queer rights, women’s rights, intersex safety & racial equality, at the very least.
