Today I was planning to go for a walk around the garden of a neighbourhood palace. But thanks to inaccurate weather forecasts and the unpredictability of nature, I stayed home to shelter from the rain.

Seeing white Agapanthus flowers (often called Lily of the Nile) in London reminds me of my adventures in East Africa and gardens full of these flowers in purple, lilac, shades of blue, and white, of course. 🌱🪻💮

The regeneration of this part of London, King's Cross, has transformed it from a former seedy neighbourhood to a genteel area. It's impressive.
