Day 1 for SC Comicon ended up stretching into the evening as I was working on a Dr Doom for the second day, and this morning before the crowd came in was able to crank out one more (Poison Ivy). Been a great day so far and about 1.5 hrs to go.

The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

From an operational security perspective, this is the highest level of fuckup imaginable. These people cannot keep America safe.

Too many in this country do not fully understand, or are unwilling to see, the depth of hatred on the right that people still have for him. Nobody wants to admit that the 'great again' that many on the right want is not just pre-1965, but pre-1861, and they'll gladly submit to a dictator to get it.

Cartoonists stepping up.

I grew up in a deeply conservative, religiously fundamental, family. In 2008, voted for Obama. First time I ever voted Dem. Over the last few years I've watched what I heard preached every Sunday growing up starting to come about with the rise of Christian nationalism. It's pushed me further left.
