it’s a really weird and complicated situation that I’m navigating without really understanding, and I doubt it’s generalizable — but just in case this helps anyone, it’s worth looking into taking care of your nerves as well as your muscles. Wish I’d known that 15 years ago lol

it’s been hard and scary and intensely painful but it’s going to be so worth it to draw without pain soon

this is my last week of being 34. my birthday is lunar new year/the solar eclipse, and I’m starting the new year as a completely new person in so many ways. this winter has been especially fucked and health is very complicated, but there’s a version of my future without chronic pain in sight finally
