As a reminder:

1. Say ‘Hello” as you pass folks walking by. Take the time to converse, if it happens.

2. When greeting someone and shaking their hand, place both hands around their hand.

3. Thank folks who provide service, in any capacity.

4. Be kind and compassionate.

Offer these freely

Be kind and gentle with yourself. Silence the phone and computer. Take 10 minutes to find refuge in something that brings you happiness.

Doing this is as important and work, and can far more productive.
