65 and 45 are also for the forward/back step, which feels good IMO
I know Tekken has 88 and 22 as sidewalks, but Tekken and SC both have you 25 or 85 to get a quick sidestep.
Personally I think SC 8 way run feels soooooo much better than moving around in Tekken so that's something you could base it off. 25 and 85 is also nice cause it's a pretty natural tap input
