Today Alaska Rep Nick Begich 3 proudly voted to disenfranchise the votes of women who have changed their last names, overseas military, 9 million Americans abroad, and Alaskans who can’t register to vote in person and/or can’t afford or have the ability to get birth certificates or passports.
