I was also down the entire month of October when I hurt my shoulder from knitting. I couldn’t twist my torso and using my core to sit up was so painful lmaooo

what’s crazy is that I hadn’t sewn or knitted for days before I woke up and it was fine for an hour then it started to ache and stayed painful for a whole day ?? idk how that’s possible!
