Welp, I'm officially a Buckeye.

we're so far into late stage capitalism that I now wish I spent more time paying attention to those videos of East Asian men building shit in the woods with just mud and a trowel.

Legit how I spent my morning:
*Drinking coffee
*Playing Queens and Zip on *Linkedin to wake my brain up
*Reading my horoscope
*Pulling one card from tarot deck
*Watching a beefy tall drink of water from Northern California split huge chunks of wood with an axe on Tik Tok, for, uh, reasons.

Gonna slow roast a pork shoulder today for some homemade pulled pork bbq. Perfect with all this rain!!

The biggest problems I faced in Portland when I visited was getting the bathroom code at the Whole Foods store downtown near Powell's Books, finding parking at the Japanese Tea Garden, and picking the right Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley wineries. #Portland

Good surprises: Taking US Scenic Highway 12 out of Bryce was gobstoppingly beautiful. Each park was gorgeous and different but Canyonlands blew me away. 10/10

Just crossed state 48 of 50 off the list with a trip to Utah. Have to say it's been one of my favorite vacations ever.

We did the Big 5 national parks: Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Arches and Canyonlands.

We also added Goblin Valley State Park and Monument Valley
