We shouldn't be "counseling" LGBTQ kids on how to be straight. It's ABUSE. PERIOD. "Gay conversion therapy" is rejected by the APA and all other medical organizations. It can lead to suicide or, at minimum, lifelong psychological difficulties. Being gay isn't something to be "fixed."

If you see a news article that seems very biased or is missing important information, email the author. It might not do anything. But it might DO SOMETHING! I recently did so and the author added additional context to his report that made a HUGE difference!! Don't let them slide by!
