Lake Garda is where we discovered Limoncello Spritz, although we were in Peschiera del Garda
Had loads of sets growing up in the 70s. I've still got a Meccano screwdriver in my toolkit π€£
Very difficult to answer as they're all different and we went from small towns to major cities. I would probably say Dresden as we were there for the Stollenfest and it's parade.
This is good to see. We've visited twice and still haven't seen them through the mist and rain.
My wife loves the markets. We did a motorhome tour last year and visited nine in Germany plus anothe four in France and Belguim. Previous to this, back in 2022 we did a tour of some in Britain.
Spending a day with the Doctor.
Almost a year after finishing her PhD, we celebrated her graduation.
Congratulations Dr Jess π
A photo of the plaque I took a few years ago
I live in Spain (38th) and am much happier there than in the UK
Passed a few speed cameras on our travels back to Spain
I will do. Thanks π
Not on this trip. We came to relax over the New Year and try some of the restaurants.

New Year was spent in Amboise. When I booked, I didn't realise this was where Leonardo da Vinci had lived.
Leaving Le Mans down the Mulsanne Straight
So onto Le Mans for the night
A bit foggy around the Somme, so no chance to get the drone out
I never saw it on the markets in Berlin, but I did in Ghent. My local bar in Spain also sells it as a side. It certainly gets around.
Back on the road after our Christmas break in Brugges and we're now heading south.
A couple of hours drive to the small town of Bapaume in France to ease us back into travelling mode.
We even made it to Brussels, it's only an hour on the train
