The U.S. cannot *continue* to fund Ukraine because it does not fund Ukraine and hasn’t since Trump came to power. It could resume the previous administration’s supplies of (mostly surplus) arms. That would be nice.

Funding comes from Ukraine’s true friends in Europe and elsewhere.
