Yesterday, I finished reading The Silmarillion. I had always heard it's a difficult read, but I'm happy to report that I disagree. In some parts, the tone is almost like reading a Wikipedia article, but in a lot of others it was really fulfilling. I wish to see more adaptations of the stories here.
Parts of the plot for the Minecraft movie reminded me a lot of the Warcraft movie. The portal with the pigs coming through -- just like the Dark Portal with the orcs. Malgosha was just like Gul'dan as well.
