Hey! So it is called a thermal printer, used for label printing generally. I don't know how it works but it doesn't use ink and sort of uses heat to print on a special kind of paper for thermal printing. 😁

wind chimes come alive by thunder ring for me to come sit at the edge of a teasing drizzle. i unglue myself from the screen and fold the laptop i unfurl and fly to the porch and drink the shapeless sea through every pore on my face cracked but whole.

Trying everything I can to get back to writing poetry. Using a portable inkless printer seems to be doing the trick.

The calluses we grow through each minute of life on this planet hide from us the fact about how fundamental it is that life ought to be treated with gentleness, and how far strayed we are - as individuals, as a collective, as sects within the collective, as sects that believe in grand things that ought to have prevented these sects from keeping the cycle of violence spinning. The utter failure to recognize the failure of the whole enterprise of religions, stark-naked as a fish rotting to the bone on the shore, is where the final straw breaks for some. Hope? What hope does this world offer if we have to beg it to not kill children? Two-feet-long graves. A tale as old as time. For those killed in war. For those killed in infanticide. For those killed as sacrifice. For those killed by disease. And that's just two-feer-long graves for human children. Then there's the unspoken-for lot. Not that the spoken-for lot have any brighter fortune. For the rats in the labs. For the monkeys in the cages. For the peacocks on our plates. For the minks we wear.

Turned it into a visual poem. And an accompanying rant.
