We aren’t necessarily looking for anything specific. We like to see the range of talent and performances, which allows us to potentially map candidates to roles we know are coming up. Sometimes we create new roles entirely based on someone’s amazing performance.

For those of you who have just recently started following us, our voice acting rates are $300/hour for standard performances, and now $600/hour for high-strain performances. Retroactive hazard pay disbursements will go out tomorrow for cast who did high-strain effort work with us so far.

No due date. We will leave this open indefinitely as we are always interested in seeing what people are up to.

For context, roughly half of the roles we've offered have been from direct casting. When we see someone perfect for a role, we're not going to audition you. We'll just offer you the job. Then there are times when your talent inspires ideas where we can make a role just for you.

And yes, the next casting call is in the prep phase. We should have at least 5-6 roles for this next round of opportunities, but we are trying to spread them out a bit more than last time. Lessons were learned… the hard way.

We are making this news official today. We are increasing our base rate for voice actors to $300 per hour worked (including script analysis time).
