An 11th anniversary drawing for my original character, Park Lovan, whom I created on the 4th of december 2013. The image displays her, tying up her hair in a blue lit room, surrounded by yellow flowers and pink roses. She has an elastic band in her teeth. Everything appears normal, except her the skin on her chest, upper arms and neck, bursting open into vines, revealing her grotesque white ribcage underneath. Context: After gaining her powers, it ate away all of her flesh and insides, leaving only her bones. What looks like skin is actually tightly knitted, conjured plants that she can easily break apart and regenerate. I imagine she loves to ruin anything that may seem suggestive by revealing her gnarly insides, like so. I was pretty lost on what to draw for her this year (i only had a kind of depressing idea in mind beforehand and that seems innapropriate for a birthday) alas, this is mostly a study of lots of different images i mashed together, so don't give me too much credit on the technical stuff hehe. i learned _a lot_ though, so thats a dub.

A chronological lineup and fashion evolution of my character Cassidy Margeaux, at age 16, age 22, age 35, age 42, age 64 and age 89. Age 16 sees her looking tired, with unkept hair, a large black t-shirt and jeans, with a book in her hand. Dizzy ghosts swirl around her. Age 22 shows a more jolly Cassidy. She's wearing a bright red wig in pigtails, and loads of different non-matching alternative clothes mashed together, coupled with piercings in her nose and lips. Cheerful ghosts swirl around her. Age 35 shows a more refined Cassidy that has lost a lot of weight. She has bright purple dreadlocks installed, and purple seems to be the color she defaults to from here. She is wearing a cropped tee, a short skirts and asymmetrical socks. Cheerful ghosts still swirl around her. Age 42 shows Cassidy with her son Arlo in her arms. He has his bright mending palms on his mothers cheeks, demonstrating his magic. She has visibly gained some weight back, wearing a bandana, cropped tee and a long purple skirt with belts. Purified ghosts rise in cheer, away from them. Age 64 shows a more demure Cassidy. She has gray dreadlocks installed, wearing a leather jacket and a black and purple, homemade dress. Sunglasses rest on her head. Her right eye isn't purple anymore. Age shows Cassidy with long, white dreads decorated with crowfeathers. She sports a medium-length white babydoll dress with a long dark coat on top. She carries a lilac umbrella, and little baby ghosts rest beside her.
