it's not about taking or not taking hrt, it's about claiming authority (or rather piggybacking off cis authority) over who is and who isn't truly trans. it's trying to draw a line they can be on the right side of to demonstrate to cis people that they're the good ones.

of the most difficult levels. i don't mind getting a "chicken hat" if i am struggling to get past a certain point at all. but by design a game that is meant to be hard in the first place will be hard, and they are not obligated to make an easier version if they do not want to simply because i suck

reaction times, i could NOT survive some of the things say, touhou throws out on its hardest difficulties. that's a matter of skill level. easier modes are more than welcome in my opinion, but i cannot expect to be given invincibility to feel as though i am playing through the most difficult modes+

i should note i don't mean in the sense of things like designs geared towards being easier for the visually impaired to see, captions/subtitles, or the ability to customize one's controls and other genuinely helpful and important tools and more in the sense *difficulty*. i'm ass at games with ass+
