But I also used to use a (cheap-ish) espresso maker v similar to this religiously before it died and I upgraded. The espresso isn't as strong but I was really happy with it! + Sugar free Vanilla Torani syrup is my old faithful

Fair enough! My fav iced coffee is just regular brewed hot coffee that's been chilled in the fridge, but I have also used this cold brew maker to make a concentrate that always came out really smooth. Just took me awhile to realize it was a concentrate and to dilute it so I wouldn't have palpations

Your def not alone and def going to be okay! The past 1.5 years have forced me to acknowledge and work through crippling finance anxiety (student loans, debt, non-liveable wage, etc). It's all happening in baby steps but I've learned so much and it's extremely manageable now!
