It’s finally here! Can’t wait to use the mother of all axes to bring Literature to Life this coming week - namely the Green Knight from the epic poem Sir Gawain and the Green Knight.

Sadly we didn’t have time - we did a whistle stop tour of the Asia and Mesopotamia wings and then to UCL.

Not open access unfortunately… I do have a copy of my own chapter complete with citations though!

Interesting - Kieran and I were in the British museum today and he had a great time schooling me on where Constantinople and Baghdad were on a map of Europe and Asia…
