Yesterday, our office submitted a formal complaint to the DOJ on behalf of the Tennessee families who are suffering under a failed system.

The TN legislature is focused on the wrong things. Immigrant truck drivers passed the same CDL tests. Met the same federal standards. But now we're criminalizing them because of their immigration status? HB1706 does just that.

Rep Bulso is now in Transportation committee with this bill. Rep @aftynbehn.bsky.social says she’s heard from constituents with disabled and special needs kids who are concerned about the lack of availability for parking if all pregnant women are allowed to use handicapped parking spots.
