Yeah but the BIG feeling of helplessness is just, quietly watching Palestine. Seeing all the babies that, purely by luck, could be my own baby.
But you're probably right. Focusing on community activism is probably healthier and more effective change.

I feel like we're all just quietly suffering in our helplessness. I guess i just reached a boiling point. I donate and donate, but have no proof it even does anything. At this point, I am doing it to soothe myself -- which makes me question my ethics. My heart aches until I can distract myself again
