For anyone who — like me — wasn't interested in giving Co-POTUS Trump the ratings last night:
Inexcusable overreach on the part of a bunch of white male cops. The department owes this father and child that they traumatized and trampled on the rights of everything they will sue for and more.
This is your mission. We take our power back now at the local and state level. Stop waiting for a national hero. It’s you. Get to work.
Two thoughts on this: first, it’s interesting that other industries are now profiting off corporations like Walgreens successfully blaming shoplifters for their price gouging & bad practices.
Second, it’s an interesting time for a CEO to get mouthy in public.

So... he's abdicating the office, right?
He's not POTUS right now. His refusal to file isn't "exercising his core constitutional powers" as the SCOTUS defines it. Thus, there are legal consequences, i.e., a forfeit by default. Doesn't even have to mean Harris wins; he simply doesn't become POTUS. 🤷
