We’ve teamed up with Vistry in an Innovate UK/DESNZ funded project to deconstruct a house at the Vistry Innovation Centre. The learning will help develop guidance for more #circular UK house construction - looking at future adaptability, disassembly and #reuse. Read more bit.ly/4rffMav

Yesterday we visited Unusual Rigging's HQ in Northants - a #circular workplace design and a structure that can be dismantled end of life. It's just won the ‘Corporate Workplace Award’ in the BCO Awards showing that circular buildings make financial sense and are great for occupiers bit.ly/47jjXdW

#Deconstruction is underway at an Aviva Investors warehouse space in Northampton. Items are being carefully stacked and stored for #reuse, and we expect to reuse 70-80% of items from the refurbishment, with the rest going to #recycling.
