Two years ago we released the first MAIIJA single "I am consumed" and I remember how excited and anxious I was that day. It felt like a whole new chapter in my life was about to begin.

This year is shaping up to be an exciting one. The 2nd MAIIJA album is in production, I’m deep into a complex composition project, and some amazing collaborations are on the way. Oh, did I mention I’m composing for a film? It might take a while before I can share more, but I’m enjoying the process.
Last week I had the unexpected pleasure of performing at the Melodica Festival Vienna alongside several fantastic acts. It was a beautiful experience. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved!

Tobias Koett and I wrote “As We Leave” together when we first met in Berlin in 2023. Nearly a year later we had the opportunity to finish the recordings in Vienna. This song that has grown close to my heart and I can’t wait to finally share it with you this Friday!
