Salt
Garlic
Pepper
Thyme
Sage
Marjoram
Parsley

i just season to taste

also some heavy whipping cream at the end
and i bake a russet potato and use some veggies from the pot. blended to thicken the soup.

I use broth left over from the turkey.
Turkey
Red potatoes
Celery
Carrots
Onions

I also roast garlic for this.

Starting my turkey soup.
This is such a good way to use left over turkey! I can have soup 3 months later even.

I tend to buy a bigger turkey tho just to have a lot of left over lol. 22 pounds this year.
