Great guys and Generally looks quite good. Iβd probably go for it if I were a cust and not using a heat geek. If itβs hg install bare in mind it will void warranty

02.11.2025 10:52 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0As you know, Homeowners are now starting to time their heating, often thinking it saves energy, but in reality, this can increase bills and COβ emissions.
Whether they have a boiler or heat pump, share the video in the reply to help your friends and fam make smarter heating choices this winter!

Itβs time to reboot the system β not escape it.

Literally exactly the same as all the heat geeks. We donβt want them to rebrand.. weβre all about promoting local independent installers! Heat geek should sit in the background as support only.
And for all that he keeps using the platform itβs just optional. They do other work too.
What size companies are you thinking? Typically the largest you get in this trade is up to around 50 before it becomes unsustainable.. unless your part of an energy company
18.10.2025 14:20 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Oh! Currently installers are 1 to about 15β¦. We want to grow these companies in to bigger companies thoughβ¦ itβs hard to change the practices of businesses larger than this.
18.10.2025 14:15 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0A little confused with the question. We donβt make any of our engineers wear heat geek tee shirts or re-wrap their vansβ¦ in fact when they use that Heat Geek tool the only time the Customer hears about Heat Geek is to show them that that independent Engineer is backed by a national company..
18.10.2025 09:12 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Exactly
18.10.2025 08:34 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I would like to think so. However I believe we have pretty good engineers yet the avg price to pay has dropped 75%.. i donβt think your wrong I just think without the data itβs incredibly hard to get right.
18.10.2025 07:18 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Looks all good. I donβt know about the guild of heating engineers though. My question would be, how are they scaling up engineers to make a sensible sized impact and how do they asses them?
It would have to be quite a big operation to have any real impact in the uk.
Thatβs just an online guest based on averages for the actual zero disrupt AI to you need to have an engineer in your home
04.10.2025 10:39 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Weβre not changing direction. Weβre doubling down on whatβs always made sense: cut the fluff, keep the performance.

The result? Average heat pump prices around Β£3k β and sometimes even free after the BUS grant. And because all homeowners are different they can instantly, dynamically change their design right there an then as soon as the home is scanned!
03.10.2025 15:33 β π 2 π 2 π¬ 1 π 0Now weβre taking it up a gear. Using data from our installs, we built ZeroDisrupt β an AI-assisted way to figure out the absolute minimum you need for a heat pump that truly pays back.
03.10.2025 15:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Then throw in that every homeownerβs needs are different. this is why Cookie-cutter heat pump solutions just donβt work. We need to empower the boots on the ground to adapt and do it right.
03.10.2025 15:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The UK has one of the oldest, messiest housing stocks in Europe β add decades of extensions and renovations built to different standards, and no two homes are alike.
03.10.2025 15:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Sure β our training looks detailed. But thatβs because to truly simplify, you have to understand every detail first. And itβs also imperitive if you understand that theres #nopanacea for any home.
03.10.2025 15:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Same mission, always: simplify without sacrificing performance. In fact, most of the time we push efficiency further while weβre at it. Less really is more.
03.10.2025 15:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0From our very first video showing why you donβt need buffersβ¦
to why zoning modern heating systems isnβt always smartβ¦
to questioning whether insulating every bit of internal pipework really helpsβ¦
even flipping how we think about cylinders that take up less space and work better.
οΏΌ οΏΌ οΏΌ Efficient heating is about to become affordable for EVERYONE
#lessismore and #nopanacea β are the only two hashtags sat on Heat Geekβs socials since 2016.
Weβve never been about adding stuff for the sake of it.
Thanks Josef. Iβm not active on twitter either as I find socials holidays healthy.. the team do post new videos twitter to help convince the non believers though.

There is no such thing as a heat pump system designer imo.. just a heating engineer that doesnβt know how to plumbβ¦. Which is less valuable.
