My parents benefited from the post WWII economy. They started w/nothing. No system is perfect, but there was help for 'ordinary' people. Dad went through school on the GI bill for example.
If people had the sense 2 listen 2 Joe Biden's vision of growing the economy from the bottom...

True many of us aren't taught self respect or suspicion.
I was also fortunate to have a good Dad. He never told me I was inferior, protected me w/information and taught me critical thinking so I was more likely to distrust someone too good to b true.

Get him to the vet asap. We so wanted to adopt a feral cat which we've often done, but he came to us with FIP. We'd never seen the disease before. By the time we got him to the dr. it was too late 2 save him. There is a treatment, but it has 2 b started early. We were devestated.
