Congratulations to our fellow, Sean Dougherty, for his work presented at @iaslc.bsky.social #TTLC25 showing real world outcomes in our cohort treated with tarlatamab at UVA with mentor Rick Hall. Many treated outside DeLLphi-301 eligibility criteria, but ORR still 45%. CRS 73%, ICANS 41%.
23.02.2025 12:53 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0We have known for decade+ that you can detect progression using ctDNA months before you see it on scans. But until we show that it impacts outcomes to change tx earlier all it does is make ppl anxious and abandon treatments (TKIs) that may still be helping. Most MRD use today is marketing over data.

#LungCancer survival rates rose 22% from 2015 to 2019. While promising, we want to see those numbers go much higherβ¦while we're at it, let's shoot for 10, 15, 20 or more years. Learn how you can make an impact this Lung Cancer Awareness Month: buff.ly/4eDVXTo. #LCAM2024

Delighted to see this effort to increase lung cancer screening in areas where it is most needed. Only 7% of eligible individuals get screening for lung cancer. Letβs all aim to improve screening efforts this Lung Cancer Awareness Month! #LCAM, #lcsm, #OncSky

Just gave my 1st line lecture last week. I also briefly cover ECOG 1594, Scagliotti et al. Cis/Pem vs. Cis/Gem, and PARAMOUNT, so they understand the data supporting the chemo backbone of current regimens and show them how far we've come. But I keep cutting these slides back each year to make room!
